Yes it should because then the Counties and State can collect on taxes collected from the sale of the marijuana and it will make it easier for people who have blue cards to obtain their marijuana from legal dispensaries.

Of course marijuana should be legalized. We've tried prohibition for decades and it has been a complete and total failure, just like the alcohol prohibition was. The only difference is that the people back then had the sense to realize that they failed. Alcohol won, and so did marijuana. That is not an opinion, it's a fact. Prohibitionists have been decisively defeated by the substances they hoped would go away, but never did.

It's time for the prohibitionists to accept their defeat and move on. You lost, your method was a complete failure, and you need to go back to the drawing board and reevaluate your position.
