How should the intersection of the proposed airport access road and the Hana Highway be designed?

  1. Install traffic signals at a standard intersection.
  2. Build two loops on the sides of the airport road with signals at the end that would provide access to and from Hana Highway.
  3. Build a bridge over Hana Highway for an elevated airport road with loops and no signals.
  4. Don't build the airport road, but instead widen Dairy Road.
  5. Don't build the airport road and leave Dairy Road as is.
