Its simply AMAZING to me how people could even consider McCain. We've had 8 years of Bush/Cheney and now, you're thinking of an additional 4 years? JM will bring the same policies as Bush. Iraq has the second largest Oil reserves in the world, but yet "we" continue to pay for most of the war cost. I still recall 8 years ago when Bush/Cheney was running against Gore. Whatever happened to all those Bush promises to fix Social Security, Health care, smaller Government, etc??? I want those who voted for Bush to tell me what this looney has accomplished in 8 years, besides taking us into war while the U.S. economy falls into recession?

Obama has no chance. He is a racist big government so******t who will absolutely raise taxes on everyone. He has sworn to reduce national security efforts to the point of non-existence. He is lying through his teeth when he says he will end the war and bring the troops home. His free health insurance for everyone will cost an average of $20 x the 304 million population of this country per day. Do the math, that's about $60 billion a day for Universal Healthcare. Where is that money coming from? Your paycheck. He wants to make friends with Iran who wants to nuke Israel and wipe them and America off the face of the planet. He is naieve, inexperienced and will not win. Hillary is a lying liar and is so untrustworthy it is not even funny. She will steal the nomination from Obama, mark my words and bet me a plate lunch on it, Denver will be a riot bigger and worse than Chicago 1968 was. At this point McCain will be our next President, like it or not. Democrats will defeat themselves.

Hear, hear...vote for one of the Three Stooges! Some choice that we have...Moe (McCain), Hillie (Curly), and Osama (Larry). And the ONLY one with any common sense is and the FOOL is??? I'm going to hold my nose, bend over, and vote for the least liberal of the three because libs tend to have the mindset of Larry...sorry losers! 'Nuff said...

I am shamed beyond measure when I have to acknowledge that George H.W. Bush's profligate offspring is the best we can aspire to as President. John McCain is the choice of the Republican Party to walk in the Shrub's shoes. Everything he wants to do is just another four years of the same stupid, stupid, stuff. We need Barack Obama and the infusion of hope and possibility he brings to the Presidency. Now! Hillary would make a great Vice President,

Currently at 28% for McCain? Has mainstream America gone mad, or been bamboozled by a corrupt, corporate media? How can anyone reconcile the cesspool of a trillion dollars for American Imperialiist oil interest war in Iraq and Afganistan? It has plunged the US into a deficit never before fathomed, and resulting in recession, and disdain from the world community. And Ron Paul as a write-in? What, in god's name, would that accomplish? Barrack Obama isn't perfect, and it's an inherently flawed system we're dealing with....but he's got my vote to lead this country out of the quagmire created by the worst president in recent history.

I was a Dennis Kucinich supporter in the 2004 election and thought he was the best candidate this time around also. But now that the our choices (barely a proper word in this situation) are currently Clinton, McCain, and Obama, I think Obama is my reluctant pick. McCain will take the country the rest of the way down the path of fascism that the neocons have paved. Obama runs on his 'Change' platform, but his centrist style won't be enough to fix what's ailing our divided nation. One plus, if you can call it that, for McCain is his military background -- not only did he serve, but his family has a long military history. The bad part is he believes force is the primary solution to difficult problems, but the good part is I'm guessing he'll at least use our armed forces more intelligently than the amateurish current administration.
