With some island families, rodeo is passed down from generation to generation. You could say it is in their blood. The rich cultural heritage of the sport will be on display all weekend at Oskie Rice Arena in Olinda during the 59th annual Makawao Rodeo. Qualifying is scheduled to continue today, followed by the "Bull Bash" at 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday's events will begin at 1 p.m.
