UH men sweep Northridge, improve to 7-4 on season

The University of Hawaii men's volleyball team swept Cal State Northridge for the second time in two days on Saturday, recording a 25-22, 25-19, 25-21 victory in Northridge, Calif.

Sinisa Zarkovic had 10 kills for the Rainbow Warriors (7-4, 5-3 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation), No. 11 in the American Volleyball Coaches Association poll. Brook Sedore and Taylor Averill each had seven kills and Joby Ramos finished with 31 assists.

Andrew Freiha had 12 kills for the 13th-ranked Matadors (3-6, 3-5).

Hawaii will face Cal Baptist on Wednesday at the Stan Sheriff Center in Honolulu.
