Fabiani's Wailea opened in late October for both breakfast and lunch. Situated ground floor at the back of Wailea Gateway, it offers diners indoor and outdoor seating and a koa bar.
Since Sunday, it launched its dinner service, just in time to participate in Restaurant Week Wailea deals. Basically, you get a three-course Italian repast for $29, plus tax and tip through Saturday.
Created by chef-partner Lorenzo Fabiani, who hails from Tellaro, Italy, the meals will be implemented by his chef, Franco Alpizar.
