* The Augustine Educational Foundation has awarded a $2,150 grant to St. Anthony Junior-Senior High School to enhance its science, technology, engineering and math program.
The grant will be used to support the Science Olympiad Team on campus and provide students with tools and supplies to carry out Science Olympiad experiments in the classroom and at competitions.
"Teamwork is a required skill in most scientific careers today," said Head of School Betsey Gunderson.
"When adequate tools and supplies are available for classroom projects, the curriculum culminating in a working Science Olympiad project provides an opportunity for students to learn how to work together outside the classroom," she said.
