October 27, 2013
The Associated Press

HONOLULU (AP) - The University of Hawaii football team lost despite a fourth-quarter rally for a second straight game on Saturday night, falling 35-28 to Colorado State at Aloha Stadium.

The Rainbow Warriors (0-7, 0-5 Mountain West) trailed 35-17 entering the fourth quarter.

Hawaii got within 10 points with an 89-yard drive capped by quarterback Sean Schroeder's 2-yard touchdown run and 2-point conversion pass to Chris Gant with 6 minutes, 45 seconds to go. After Colorado State (4-4, 2-1) punted, UH drove to the 2-yard line before Tyler Hadden kicked a 20-yard field goal.

Schroeder passed for 349 yards and two touchdowns and Gant caught eight passes for 159 yards and one touchdown.

Kapri Bibbs ran for 137 yards and three touchdowns for Colorado State.
