* Lynn Araki-Regan recently was appointed to the J. Walter Cameron Center's board of directors.
A Wailuku attorney in private practice, Araki-Regan is a graduate of Baldwin High School. She has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Santa Clara University in California and her law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
She was economic development coordinator for Maui County from 2003 to 2006 and is the founder and president of Calendarmaui.com.

The Cameron Center in Wailuku is home to 16 resident social service agencies. These agencies are estimated to provide services to as many as 30,000 people annually.
* C. Ryan Gross, a licensed real estate agent based on Maui, has recently been named online sales concierge for D.R. Horton - Schuler Division. He is responsible for providing personalized service to website visitors interested in learning more about the division's homes and communities across the state.
* The Maui Wedding Association recently elected seven members to its board of directors for the 2013-2014 term.
Tambara Garrick, sales manager for Bubba Gump Shirmp Co. Hawaii, will serve as president for one year. She was previously the secretary for the board.
Elaine Kerr, director of sales and special events at the Plantation House Restaurant, will serve as vice president.
Scott Hughes of Hughes Photographics was elected treasurer.
Crystal Schmitt, manager of Panoramic Paradise, is the new secretary.
Three new directors include Kymberly Marr of Makeup and Talent Hawaii, Christian "CJ" Jorgensen, owner of The Comfort Zone Catering, and Kyer Wiltshire of Kyer Photography.
The association produces The Maui Wedding Planner, an award-winning magazine, and recently produced the 18th annual Maui Wedding Expo, a release said.
