"The perfect dining experience should be one that culminates not only the flavors of the food, but the showmanship of the chef, and the creativity of the plated presentations," says Brandon Maeda, director of Food & Beverage.
The "floral arrangement" appetizer of Upcountry greens served with roasted sesame seeds will dazzle you. So will the Oysters Dan, a nod to the famous Oysters Rockefeller with fresh oysters seared in white wine and lemon on spinach.
