Phil G. Fuhrman, 67

Phil G. Fuhrman, 67, was a forty five year resident of Lahaina. He peacefully passed away at home on June 13, 2013. He was born on March 5, 1946 in Medford, OR, & grew up in Santa Cruz & Palo Alto, CA.

Phil was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served as a Sgt. 1st Class for an aircraft maintenance team in Vietnam. He started his own company, P & P Home Repair, LLC and contracted at the Ka'anapali Royal Resort for 30 years. He also served as project manager for Construction Associates, Inc. on several Maui projects. Phil was a member of Lahaina Y.C. & Maui Boat & Y.C.

A Memorial in his honor will be held at sea on Saturday, July 20, at 3:30 p.m. near the Lahaina roadstead. Those wishing to attend, should meet at Lahaina Harbor at 3 p.m. at the dinghy dock at the end of Canal St. A celebration of life will follow at 399 Front St., Lahaina. Parking on Ilikahi St. or at 505 Front St. suggested.

Mr. Fuhrman is survived by his brother, Adrian Fuhrman of CA; sister, Sharon Marshall of CA; step-son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Fairservice; two granddaughters of CA; and a niece and nephew of CA.
