The county Department of Finance will hold a real property tax auction Tuesday that may continue to the next day if necessary at the Kihei Community Center.
Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. with the auction beginning at 9:30 a.m.
Properties being auctioned have been delinquent for three or more years and have received a final notice of tax sale. As of Sunday, the original 19 properties had been reduced to two properties that are scheduled to be sold at the tax sale auction.
Properties will be removed from the tax sale list if all taxes, penalties, interest and costs have been paid in full prior to the date of the sale.
The two properties are Harbor Lights units in Kahului. Their unit number, owners, years delinquent, tax owed and penalties and upset price follow:
* Apartment D-203, R Michael and Sara L. Anholt, 2009-12, $3,102, $4,821.
* Apartment D-418, Daniel Keith Kirkpatrick, 2009-12, $941, $2,660.
