Kylie Dickson hit a two-run homer and Lily Bermudez doubled twice and scored three runs as the Baldwin High School softball team defeated Maui High 19-4 on Saturday in a Maui Interscholastic League game at Patsy Mink Field in Kahului.
Dickson finished 2-for-3, and Bermudez was 2-for-4. Rae Tianio-Kaina was 2-for-4 with a double, two RBIs and a run for the Bears (3-1).
Cymry Pico and Kuulei Bailey were each 2-for-2 for the Sabers (0-4). Pico had two RBIs.
* LAHAINALUNA 14, KING KEKAULIKE 3: At Kahului, Rhyn Lendio and Lithe Pokipala-Waiohu homered as Lahanaluna remained unbeaten through its first four league games.
The Lunas' Ceidilee Nobriga struck out seven batters in a complete game.
Karlee-Rose Perry had two hits for King Kekaulike (1-3).
