The National Weather Service has issued a high-surf advisory for the north-facing shores of Maui and the north- and west-facing shores of Molokai from 6 a.m. today through 6 p.m. Monday.
Surf from the northwest swell is expected to rise to 15 to 20 feet, generating dangerous shoreline and rip current conditions.
