On Feb. 2, I had a letter to the editor that posed the question: How many lives were lost in abortion on the day we watched in horror as the news of 20 deaths of Sandy Hook Elementary students came across the TV and radio? The answer is 3,200.
Yes, every day in this country we lose 3,200 lives to abortion. And this has gone on for 40 years.
Could we possibly have destroyed the life of one who would discover the cure for cancer? Could we possibly have destroyed the life of one who would broker peace in the Middle East? How can we talk peace when each day, within our borders, we take the lives of 3,200 of the most defenseless?
Think on this.
