Moku beats buzzer for Warriors

R.J. Moku scored 14 points, including the game-winning 3-pointer from the right corner at the buzzer, as the Kamehameha Maui boys basketball team beat Maui High 50-47 in a first-round game of the Maui Interscholastic League Division I tournament Wednesday at the Warriors' gym.

Kamehameha Maui (5-8) will face King Kekaulike in a semifinal game today at 5:30 p.m. at Lahaina Civic Center.

Kalvyn Aboy, Ryan Dalut and Kepa Fuentes each scored 10 for Maui High (0-13).
