Marian Akiona Apo, 83, of Wailuku passed away on January 31, 2013 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Lahaina, Maui Hawaii on November 30, 1929.
Family and friends are invited to gather at BORTHWICK NORMAN'S MORTUARY on Sunday, February 10, 2013 with visitation from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a service at 6:30 pm. Visitation will continue on Monday, February 11 at the mortuary from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, with Burial at 10:00 am at Maui Veteran's Cemetery, Makawao.

She retired from Lihikai Elementary School as a cook and baker.
She is predeceased by her husband, Francis K. Apo; survived by her sons, Stephen (Ursula) Dutro, Calvin Dutro, Bryce (Leona) Apo and Reginald Apo; daughters, Doreen (Oren) Dutro-Hoopai, Bernadette (Garry) Rollins and Francine Kamimoto; sister, Rosalani Puha; brother, Bertram "Buddy" Akiona; 20 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and loving pet Malia plus numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
