Hui No'eau Visual Arts Center announced that Art Affair 2013 will be take place from 5 to 10 p.m. Feb. 23 at its Kaluanui Estate in Makawao.
A tradition of 21 years, Art Affair is the Hui's signature fundraising event that celebrates the importance of visual arts education on Maui.
Held at the historic Kaluanui Estate, the evening will feature live music by Jimmy Mack and the Kool Kats, dancing, pupu, a premium bar, a gourmet dinner by Celebrations Catering, a fine art auction, and an opportunity to meet a community of art supporters.

Carolyn Schaefer Grey and Jack Grey dressed to impress at last year’s “Pompeii, An Evening of Muses & Myth” Art Affair. This year’s theme is “Camelot at Kaluanui: A Feast of Art & Merriment.”
The Hui will also be honoring Mary "Maizie" Sanford as this year's Board of Directors Recognition Awardee and Darrell Orwig as the Hui Angel Awardee.
Serving Maui residents and visitors for 79 years, the Hui is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, community-based arts education organization with a wide range of programs.
Proceeds for this year's event will benefit Hui youth arts education programming, which include foundation arts workshops, free portfolio development programs, collaborations with local schools to integrate arts into the curriculum, scholarship programs for families unable to afford tuition, and youth-at-risk and special needs programs that enable access to high-quality arts education for Maui youth.
