The University of Hawaii men's basketball team suffered its worst defeat of the season Thursday in an 88-59 loss against Cal Poly at San Luis Obispo, Calif.
Chris Eversley had 19 points and eight rebounds and Brian Bennett had 17 points and nine rebounds for the Mustangs (8-9, 4-3 Big West Conference).
Christian Standhardinger and Isaac Fotu both scored 14 points for the Rainbow Warriors (10-9, 4-4).
Hawaii's previous worst defeats this season were by 15 points to both Miami and Mississippi.
