Strange these letters lately about the so-called Internal Revenue Service. From committing treason to assisting? Pretty big spread of opinion.
My own dealings with the IRS are none. I seem to have had a different public 6th-grade education in Denver in the 1960s and have never filed an income tax return in my life, and would never ever do so.
Considering the behavior of Wall Street and Congress, if refusal to finance institutionalized corruption is treason, I happily raise my hand.
The USA should have rustled up the courage to have a tax revolution 25 years ago. I believe that President Bill Clinton apologized to the American people for the terrorist IRS' decades of behavior toward American citizens. (I doubt that made up for wrongful loss of property or wrongly jailed misery, though.)
