Abbey Carpet recently hosted a gathering that included Sally Morse, a worldwide expert and author in interior design. Morse and the company she serves as director of creative services, Hunter Douglas, requested that donations be made to a local charity, and Women Helping Women was selected to be featured at the event. Nearly $800 was raised for the nonprofit.
Morse shared her insights, humor and design consultation with about 30 Maui guests at Abbey Carpet and Exclusively Yours/Ceramic Tiles Plus. Guests were treated to pupu by Old Wailuku Grill and free poinsettia plants.
