The spirit of Christmas surrounded the Maui Adult Day Care Center in Kahului when Gailene Wong, grant director of the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, deposited a $25,000 check into Santa’s gift bag. The center’s board president, Bill Kinaka (Santa), thanked the foundation and all other individuals and businesses in the community who have provided financial support to the Maui Adult Day Care Centers in Kihei, Lahaina, Kahului and Wailuku.
