Each year, my family and I are so blessed and honored to be part of the annual Christmas party which is hosted by the Liberty Dialysis of Maui patients committee. They work so hard with fundraising and soliciting donations in putting together such a wonderful event.
Thank you to Patty, Brenda, Rhoda, Loretta, Lynn and Aunties Helen and Momi and their ohana. Through your warm friendship and kindness, together we continue to celebrate the spirit of Christmas in memory of our loved ones. At the same time, embracing one another has truly been the best gift ever.
Dec. 21 will mark three years since my mother Cecelia Park's passing. It is through each and every one of you, our dialysis ohana, where we find healing and comfort.
Merry Christmas to all of you and a very happy and healthy new year.
