Melba Yagin Fontanilla, 47, of Kihei, passed away on November 30, 2012 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in the Philippines on December 5, 1964.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Door of Faith Church in Wailuku, a memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. Family request no flowers and Aloha attire.

Melba was a former Customer Consultant with First Hawaiian Bank.
She is survived by her husband, Marik Fontanilla; daughters, Ashley (Jon) Fernandez, and Shelby Fontanilla; grandchildren, Tatyana Yagin-Fernandez, and Jaden Fernandez; parents, Rudy and Segundina Yagin; sisters, Marilyn (Ron) Martin, and Amelia (Edmund) Greenidge; brother, Melvin (Michelle) Yagin; grandfather, Felix Yagin; nieces and nephews, Xonie Martin, Mikaela Martin, and Alika Greenidge.
Melba was predeceased by her brother, Moriel Yagin, grandparents, Dionicia Yagin, and Eleuterio and Tomasa Dayoan.
