Leash law, people. We need to keep our pets restrained and, most importantly, leashed when out in public. I am constantly seeing mutts (small-type dogs) running on One Street unleashed.
I am sure you would not want your pet to be run over, bite someone and/or get killed.
We have leash laws here in Hawaii. Please, citizens, keep your animals leashed.
I am sure that you don't let your kids run loose on the streets without supervision.
Be pono and do the right things. I am an animal lover and would never let my dog run around unleashed except, of course, in my fenced yard.
