I see the new bus stops are being built in north Kihei. They are very nice and solidly built. However, who made the decision to only put three seats in there. If they had put benches on three sides, they could seat eight people easily. With the seats, three people sit and the rest stand.
Yes, they are out of the sun and rain, but who makes these decisions and why didn't someone see the impractical choice and try to change it?
