Hermina Souza, 78, of Makawao, Maui, passed away on October 22, 2012, at her home. She was born on May 27, 1934, in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 4, 2012, at Mililani Mortuary on Oahu, Makai Chapel; service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be held on Monday, November 5, 2012, at Mililani Cemetery on Oahu, at 9:00 a.m.
Hermina retired in the Housekeeping and Daycare industry. She is survived by her daughters, Bernadette (Jaime) Tabol, Mary Ann (Leslie) Morreira,; brother, Alfred Smith; grandchildren, Jaime Tabol, Jr., Kawika (Isfrid) Kapuaala, Alika (Kala) Kapuaala, Keoni Kapuaala, Kyra (Joe) Kapuaala; and great-grandchildren, Kakahi Kapuaala, Kalae'ula Kapuaala, Jared Carvalho-Cambra, and Atreil Tanaka.
