Evelyn H. Sano, 85, of Wailuku, passed away on October 13, 2012 at her residence. She was born on January 1, 1927 in Wailua, Oahu.
Visitation will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at Kahului Baptist Church, service at 5 p.m., burial will be held at 9 a.m. on Friday, October 19, 2012 at the Maui Veteran's Cemetery.
Evelyn was a retired Instructor at Maui Community College. She was also a member of Valley Isle Fellowship.
She is survived by her husband, George Sano; sons, Gregory (Jenny) Sano, Keith (Regina) Sano; daughter, Faith Keiko" (Douglas) Armanini; brothers, Jerry Hirai, Wallace Hirai; sister, Lillian Kimura; grandchildren, Karissa Sano, Kainalu Sano, Steven Sano, Teresa Powell, Christopher Armanini, and Bianca Armanini.
