Karen Levy, 76, of Kihei, Maui, passed away on August 1, 2012, at Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born on October 26, 1935, in Seattle, Washington.
A spreading of ashes at sea by canoe, will be held at 8:00 a.m., on Friday, August 10, 2012, at the south side of Kam III Beach Park in Kihei.
Karen was active in The Friends of Fleming Arboretum, Maui Arts & Cultural Center and Seattle Medic One Foundation. She loved snorkeling and traveling.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Larry (Flora) Dragland, Tom Dragland; her cousin, Deanna Jones; 5 grandchildren, Heather, Adam, Carrie, Jordan, Nathan; and 2 great grandchildren, Mason, and Tristan.
