WAILEA - Mary Matsukawa, program specialist for the state Health Department's Council on Developmental Disabilities, will speak about the history of the disability rights movement, landmark disability legislation and resources for services at the Kihei/Wailea Rotary meeting Wednesday, beginning at 12:30 p.m.
Matsukawa earned a master's degree in rehabilitation administration from the University of San Francisco and has worked in the field of disabilities on Maui for the past 30 years.
