SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The University of Hawaii men's volleyball team finished its season on an eight-match losing streak Friday, falling 25-21, 25-13, 28-26 to UC Santa Barbara - the Gauchos' second sweep of the Warriors in two days.

Steven Hunt, playing his last college match, had 10 kills for 14th-ranked UH (7-19, 4-17 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation), which had a hitting percentage of .000. Nick Castello, also a senior, had six digs.

Miles Evans and Kevin Donohue each had 11 kills for UCSB (6-17, 4-15). Donohue also had three aces.

The Warriors were eliminated from the MPSF tournament last week after a pair of losses to Long Beach State.
