Holiday spirit makes a stop at beach park

December 25, 2011
The Maui News

FIRST PHOTO: The nonprofit group Teens on Call planned to serve 1,000 meals at the annual Kokua Christmas Eve Feast from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday at Baldwin Beach Park in Paia, said event organizer Josie Prieto. She said the free meal was open to the general public and expected people from all walks of life to attend. Ryan Joslin of the Maui County Paramedics Union volunteered for the event. "This is what Christmas is all about," Joslin said, "serving others."
