WAILUKU - Members of the Maui Kosrae Etawi of Micronesia will be sharing their culture with members of Iao United Church of Christ on Sunday after the regular Sunday service.
Both congregations have worshipped together before, a news release said. The Iao congregation hopes to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of Micronesian values, traditions, ethics and challenges as immigrants.
The potluck gathering will begin at about 11 a.m. following the service, which runs from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
The public is invited. Those interested in joining the potluck should call the Iao UCC office at 244-7353. The church is located at 2371 W. Vineyard St.
