Volunteers sought for Sept. 19 event
KAHULUI - Volunteers are being sought for the second annual Keiki Tournament sponsored by Shore Casters for Christ.
The event is scheduled from 1:30 to 6 p.m. Sept. 19 at Hale Nanea Hall and pond.
Other groups, ministries and churches also are welcome to set up carnival-type game booths and arts-and-crafts activities during the event.

Youth service Sunday in Lahaina
LAHAINA - The Apostolic Faith Church will hold its biannual youth service at 10 a.m. Sunday.
Youth preacher Misty Griffiths will give a sermon on "A New Attitude in Jesus." The service, which is open to the pubic, will feature songs by the church choir, orchestra and Sunday school youth.
The Apostolic Faith Church, identifiable by its large "Jesus Coming Soon" neon sign, is located at 1211 Front St. The church telecasts an ongoing show at 8 a.m. Sundays on KITV Channel 4 except when pre-empted by sporting events, in which case the program airs at 2 p.m.

Bible school begins June 14
KIHEI - Calvary Chapel South Maui has announced its Vacation Bible School for children ages 3 to 12.
