LAHAINA-Eugenia "Gen" Rose Laik and Justin Michael Curimao are engaged to be married.
The bride is the daughter of Roman Laik of Majuro, Marshall Islands, and Marie Perez of Waipahu, Oahu. A graduate of Waipahu High School in 2002, she now works at Sandal Tree at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa.
The groom is the son of Edward and Donnalee Curimao of Honokawai. He graduated from Lahainaluna High School in 2000 and now works for the County of Maui Parks and Recreation Department.
