LAFAYETTE, Calif. - Dr. William and Lorraine Iaconetti celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in California last summer with their family and friends.
A celebration luncheon was held at the Lafayette Park Hotel's outdoor patio garden July 11. Some members of the original wedding party and friends attended the celebration. They included Justine Jacuzzi, matron of honor, and Marie Guelld, a bridesmaid. Also attending were Mr. and Mrs. Dan Jones, Dr. Iaconetti's sister and her husband, and nephew John Durantini and his family.
Later that evening, the couple exchanged their vows again in San Francisco at Notre Dame des Victoires, the same church where they got married.

Dr. William and Lorraine Iaconetti celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary July 11 in California.
Dr. and Mrs. Iaconetti grew up in Berkeley, Calif., and both attended Berkeley High School. Dr. Iaconetti earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and his medical degree from the University of California in San Francisco Medical School.
Mrs. Iaconetti attended San Francisco State University.
They moved to Maui 54 years ago with their two sons, Richard and Robert, and later had their daughter, Lori.
The couple resides in Napili and has been active in the community and the state. Dr. Iaconetti is a founder of the Maui Medical Group.
These days, the Iaconettis enjoy traveling to the Mainland to see their six grandchildren in Palos Verdes Estates, Calif., and Lynden, Wash.
