HILO - Nicole Marie Roberson, formerly of Maui, and Wayne Chris Berdon are engaged to be married on Feb. 14, 2009, at New Hope Christian Fellowship in Hilo.
The bride, who lives in Hilo, is the daughter of Pamela and the late Edlin Kaina of Honolulu.
She is a graduate of Baldwin High School and Heald College on Oahu.
The groom, also a Hilo resident, is the son of Mary Marion and the late Warren C. Berdon Sr. of Hilo.
He is a graduate of Waiakea High and attended the University of Hawaii-Hilo.
The reception will be held in Kow's Restaurant in Hilo.
