Happy 25th birthday to me!
I cannot believe that 25 years have passed in my short life!
Maui was sure different when I was born with only 160,000 residents – now, with 1 million stacked residents, plus a service personal robot population of 300,000, I feel really part of Maui’s close-knit society.
My parents surprised me with an in-bed breakfast of a new tube of organic mixed vegetables and smoothie of blue eggs and ocean-grown kale. It’s great to have Mom put in her vial of concentrated space-grown broccoli – I feel really energized – but not as much my weekly brain flush at the local convenience store (it’s really been great since brain flushes were legalized a year ago, a year after Colorado!).
They told me again (it’s kind of embarrassing to hear since I first heard it through my younger robot brother) of the unusual month of rain and wind on Maui in the winter of 2014 when I was conceived, since Blockbusters was closed (I had to look up the name on my Samsung watch search app and could not figure out what a “DVD” was and finally asked Dad) and they could not go out to the golf course, although now we can order the golf course to come to our living rooms and do it virtually – so they had me.
For some of my younger FB friends, I know that I should be using the telepathic postings of Brainbook via my Trendy external eye-set, but I am so old-fashioned and still use Facebook on my virtual hologram PC – OK, I have ordered a upgrade, but the drone mailing service delivered it to my neighbor on Level 459 in Kula and I have to wait a while until Trendy Customer Service sends another drone to pick it and sends it down to our Level.
I had to send my “Mean” virtual self to Trendy Drone Mail to complain, and even sent in a brain-gram twice! What is this about “computer error”?????
Well, sorry for the long posting, but Mom just brain-grammed me to pick up a tube of turkey concentrate and first I have to put in gas into our car. It’s great that gas prices have come down to $250 a gallon from $267 last week.
Anyway, have an extra brain flush on me!
