Isagawa fourth, team fifth at the Peg Barnard Collegiate

February 19, 2014 - Robert Collias
Cassy Isagawa, a 2011 Baldwin graduate, finished in a tie for fourth to lead her No. 16 University of Oregon women's golf team to fifth place at the prestigious Peg Barnard Collegiate at the Stanford Golf Course over the weekend.

Isagawa is on a roll as a junior for the Ducks — she is ranked 25th in the nation by golfweek.com and 65th by golfstat.com

This is an excerpt from this story on goducks.com, the school's athletic website:

Isagawa has carded nine rounds at or below par this season. She improves her team-best season round average to 72.1.

"Cassy had another week of solid golf," said head coach Ria Scott. "She was so at ease out there with her ball striking. She is due to go very low soon."

For the first time in her career, Isagawa and the Ducks are not in the field for the Anuenue Spring Break Classic hosted by Hawaii at the Kapalua Bay Course March 24-26.
