Seabury Hall seeded third for D-II state boys hoops

Seabury Hall, which won this season's Maui Interscholastic League Division II boys basketball championship with a 14-0 record, was seeded third in the Hawaiian Airlines State Championship bracket released Monday.
The Spartans will face Damien in the quarterfinal round Thursday at the Kaimuki gym on Oahu, and the winner will play Friday against No. 2 Kaiser or Hawaii Prep for a berth in the title game, scheduled for Saturday at the Neal Blaisdell Center.
Seabury finished fourth in the state last year.
Defending champion Saint Francis received the No. 1 seed, and Kohala was seeded fourth.
The Division I state bracket was released Sunday (Baldwin was seeded third).

Attached is the Division II bracket for the 2014 Hawaiian Airlines Boys Basketball State Championships, which tips off Thursday, Feb. 20 at Kaimuki and Kalani High Schools on Oahu.
In the play-in game for the final berth, BIIF runner-up (Hawaii Prep) defeated ILH third place University High, 50-42, earlier this afternoon on the Big Island.
