Mitchell Loewen catches first career TD pass for Arkansas

September 7, 2013 - Robert Collias
Mitchell Loewen, the 2010 MIL Defensive Player of the year for Lahainaluna, is a remarkable story that we have covered like no one else.

Today, as the starting tight end for Arkansas, the first MIL scholarship football player ever in the SEC, caught his first touchdown pass to start the Hogs' scoring against Samford — a 24-yard reception from Brandon Allen.

The legend of the Hawaiian Hog grows.

Way to go Mitchell. Be nice when you play LSU later. Luke will see you on the field as he is a student manager for the receivers and quarterbacks.
