Pro Bowl is on for 2013, in Aloha Stadium

After a lot of speculation, the NFL and its players association announced a few minutes ago that the Pro Bowl will take place in 2013 — on Jan. 27, one week before the Super Bowl in New Orleans — at Aloha Stadium.

There had been plenty of speculation that the game was a goner after it drew boos from the Honolulu crowd this year and was then firmly criticized by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.

This ESPN blogger isn't sure if Hawaii got the better end of this deal.
